Anne Miller, Director of Subsidiary Rights at THE McVEIGH AGENCY, brings an enormously diverse background of work in the sales of subsidiary rights.

Anne was at HarperCollins Children's Books for eight years, ultimately working as Senior Manager, Subsidiary Rights and working with projects as diverse as The Princess Diaries, Lemony Snicket’s Series of Unfortunate Events, and Fancy Nancy. Her experience selling the subsidiary rights of major properties (and small ones) makes her a key part of The McVeigh Agency. Prior to HarperCollins, Anne worked in editorial at Simon & Schuster, so in addition to her business acumen, she brings another set of sharp editorial eyes to the group.

Linda Epstein, Assistant to Mark McVeigh, has a varied and invaluable background that includes book sales, publicity, writing, and other aspects of the publishing world.

Linda was a Community Relations Manager at Barnes and Noble, where she handled author and illustrator readings, appearances, and signings. She was also responsible for organizing book groups for children, teens and adults. Most recently, Linda interned at the Jean V. Nagger Literary Agency and Meryl Zegarek Public Relations.

In addition to handling submissions and queries, author meetings, and reader reports at The McVeigh Agency, Linda is also the Newsletter editor of the NYC Chapter of the Women’s National Book Association. Her keen eye for talent has made her a very important part of the agency. She is an avid reader, a fiction writer, a Registered Nurse, the mother of three children, and a native New Yorker whose breath is still taken away every single time she sees the NYC skyline.
